Paste this code where the tool should appear on your website. It contains your personal key.
Free, no sign-up. The tool runs in your visitors' browsers and their files are never uploaded. A small credit to enhancevision.de appears below the tool.
Step by step
- Under “Content”, choose what the code should contain: a link or text, Wi-Fi access or a contact card.
- Fill in the matching fields. For Wi-Fi that's the network name, password and encryption; for a contact, name, company, phone, email and website. The preview appears as soon as enough is entered and updates with every keystroke.
- Set the “Color” and “Background” if you like.
- Optional: drop a logo into the drop area and it is placed in the middle of the code. “Remove logo” takes it out again.
- Choose the “Size (PNG)” and “Error correction”, then download the code as PNG, or as a vector file with “As SVG (vector)”.
What you can use it for
- Wi-Fi for guests: A printed code on the wall or table saves spelling out long passwords – handy for holiday rentals, practices, offices or cafés.
- Business cards and trade fair stands: With “Contact (vCard)”, a phone adds name, company, phone number, email and website to the address book with a single scan.
- Flyers, posters and menus: A link to a website, menu, registration form or booking page that nobody has to type.
- Products and packaging: A pointer to instructions, a video or a spare-parts list right on the label, leaflet or invoice.
- Engraving and cutting: The SVG file can be loaded into laser or cutting-plotter software, for example for an engraved wooden Wi-Fi sign.
Never expires – really
Many QR code sites route the code through their own server. If you stop paying later, your printed code suddenly stops working. Here your link is written directly into the code. It works as long as the link exists, with no redirect and no tracking.
Printing tips
- Use the SVG for flyers and business cards – it stays sharp at any size.
- Dark color on a light background, never the other way round – many phones struggle with light codes on dark backgrounds.
- With a logo, the highest error correction is used automatically. Still, test it once with your phone before printing.
Frequently asked questions
Does the QR code expire?
No. The content is written directly into the code; there is no redirect via our server.
Is my Wi-Fi password stored?
No. The code is created in your browser. Nothing is sent to us.
Can I use the codes commercially?
Yes, without restriction.
Which error correction should I choose?
The percentage shows how much of the code may be covered or damaged before it becomes unreadable. M is enough for most purposes. For outdoor stickers or codes that may get dirty, choose Q or H. Higher levels make the pattern finer, though.
Why does the code get so fine with long content?
The more characters, the more modules the code needs. The status line shows the number of modules and characters. Short links are easier to scan, especially on small prints. If the content is too long, the tool tells you.
What happens when a Wi-Fi code is scanned?
Current phones usually recognize the code directly in the camera app and offer to join the network. If you change the Wi-Fi password later, you need a new code.
Can I change the content afterwards?
No, the content is fixed in the code. For a new link or password, simply create a new code.
What size do I need?
For screens, websites and presentations, 512 or 1024 pixels are enough. For print, choose 2048 pixels or go straight for the SVG file.
How should I enter the name for the contact card?
Write it as first name, then last name. The tool splits it at the space when building the contact card, so the address book assigns first and last name correctly. Empty fields are simply left out.
